MCND04 is EU EN certified railway-grade 3U plug-in IGBT gate drive & fault monitoring board for Alstom metro and light rail traction converter racks. It receives PWM drive instructions from MVTU/MVTT master CPU via rack backplane bus, outputs isolated gate signals to control power IGBT modules, and real-time monitors IGBT overcurrent, desaturation, gate power loss and thermal faults, feeding all fault feedback back to the master control unit.
